MCraft Box — MCPE mods, maps, skins & textures (unofficial fan app)
By downloading, installing, or using MCraft Box ("the app"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the app.
These terms apply alongside our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated by reference.
"Minecraft" is a trademark of Mojang Synergies AB. MCraft Box is an independent, fan-made utility. All mod content available through the app is created by independent third parties and is not produced, endorsed, or supported by Mojang or Microsoft.
We grant you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to install and use the app on Android devices you own or control, for your personal, non-commercial enjoyment.
You may not:
To access social features (comments, ratings, community channels, leaderboard) you must sign in with a Google account.

You may delete your account at any time from the Profile screen in the app. See the Privacy Policy — Account deletion for what happens to your data on deletion.
"UGC" covered by this section includes comments, ratings, written reviews, community channel posts and messages, poll votes, mod requests, and shared collections you create in the app.
You must not post content that:
Rate limits: posting limits (such as a maximum number of comments per mod and per day) are enforced server-side to keep the community healthy.
By posting content, you grant us a worldwide, royalty-free license to display that content within the app and associated services. You retain ownership of content you create — we do not claim ownership of your comments or reviews.
We reserve the right to remove any content, at our discretion, that we determine violates these terms or is otherwise harmful to the community.
Mods, maps, skins, and texture packs available through MCraft Box are created by independent third-party authors. MCraft Box curates and links to this content but does not create, test, or guarantee it.
All content is provided "as-is" without any warranty of any kind, including but not limited to compatibility with your device or game version, freedom from bugs or errors, or fitness for a particular purpose.
We are not responsible for any damage to your device, game world saves, or other data arising from downloading or installing content. Always back up your worlds before installing new content.
At launch, all features of MCraft Box are free. We may in the future offer an optional Premium subscription that unlocks exclusive content or perks. This section applies if and when Premium is offered:
Premium subscriptions would be sold and billed exclusively through Google Play Billing. Prices are set in Google Play and displayed in your local currency. We never handle payment card details directly.
Subscriptions renew automatically at the end of each billing period unless cancelled. You are charged through your Google Play account.
You may cancel at any time through Google Play (Google Play app → Subscriptions). Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period. No partial refunds are issued for unused time, except where required by law.
Refund requests are handled by Google Play in accordance with Google's refund policies. We do not process refunds directly.
Free content remains free. Premium would be a separate tier for exclusive content; it does not convert previously free content into paid content.
The MCraft Box name, logo, and original content (app UI, server software, original written content) are owned by us and protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

Mod files available through MCraft Box may be subject to their own licenses set by their respective authors. Check individual mod pages for licensing information.
You may delete your account at any time from within the app. See Section 4.
We may suspend or permanently ban your account if we determine, in our reasonable judgment, that you have:
In serious cases we may act without prior warning. Where practical, we will inform you of the reason for termination. If your account is banned, access to any paid features ends immediately, and we do not issue refunds for bans related to violations of these terms.
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law:
Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be excluded or limited by law (including consumer protection law in your jurisdiction).
These terms are governed by the laws of Vietnam, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. Any disputes arising from these terms shall be resolved in the competent courts of Vietnam, unless applicable law requires otherwise in your jurisdiction.
We may update these terms from time to time. When we make material changes, we will update the effective date at the top of this page and notify you in the app before the changes take effect. Continued use of the app after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
If you disagree with updated terms, stop using the app and delete your account.
